Career Wizard measures your resume against jobs you choose, drafts AI-optimized resumes built only from facts you approved, and watches companies you pick. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf: you review and send every application yourself. We do not promise interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome; we make your material as strong and as honest as it can be.
You sign in with your email and a password, or with a one-tap emailed link. Keep your password to yourself; you can change it any time under Account, and the emailed link doubles as the recovery path. Buying without an account first is fine: the account is created on the email you pay with. One account per person, and accounts are not for resale or shared use. Career Wizard is for adults, 18 or older, and is offered only to residents of the United States; by using it you confirm you are accessing it from the United States. It is not directed to the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland.
What you buy is a license to use Career Wizard for a fixed period, in a single payment; nothing renews and nothing bills monthly. It is access to a service, not a product you own forever, and it ends when its period ends. All sales are final. There are no refunds. The free tier (honest scores, your AI-optimized resume shown as it opens) exists so you can try the real product before paying. AI usage is included in every plan, free and paid. Company coverage is stated before you pay and you confirm it at checkout; a company we cannot read is told to you plainly, never hidden.
The scoring and drafting are AI systems. The product presents itself as AI, and if you ever ask whether you are talking to a human or an AI, you will get a straight answer: it is AI.
The free tier is a time-limited full look at the product with set limits on drafts and included AI. Its shape can change; whatever is live is what the pages describe.
Your resume, your facts, and your contacts stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you, including sending text to AI providers to produce your drafts. We never sell your data and never use your resume to build anything for anyone else. Deleting your account wipes your data.
We send the emails needed to run your account: sign-in links, seat and payment confirmations, and notices about your plan or window ending. Tips and product updates are sent only if you ticked the box asking for them, and every one has an unsubscribe.
No abuse: no scraping the service, no reselling output at scale, no automating against our endpoints, no using the service for anyone but yourself. We can close accounts that break this.
The service is provided as described on its pages. Where the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or for third-party services you connect.
Features evolve; material changes to these terms are posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
